Dr. J.R. Kittrell, President of KSE, Inc., has over 30 years of engineering experience in the chemical and petroleum industries. He is experienced in economic evaluations of petroleum, gas, and chemicals manufacturing, transportation, and storage facilities, with particular emphasis on analysis of fires and explosions.
He provides expert assessments of the cause and origin of such losses, and the economic consequences thereof. He provides expert evaluations of the safety, operability, economic and environmental impact of manufacturing, transportation, and storage facilities, including emerging process technologies. He has successfully executed many assignments in plant operations and design, and has extensive experience in chemicals and petroleum research and development. Dr. Kittrell is also experienced in the evaluation of product safety and use of Material Safety Data Sheets. KSE operates a laboratory for the development and evaluation of technology and products for the environmental, chemicals and energy industries, including work assignments in off-site manufacturing facilities. Dr. Kittrell received the B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin. He also conducted post-doctoral studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin. |
